We had a great day out at Chedworth Roman Villa! We had a guided tour by some very knowledgeable volunteers who introduced us to the lives of those who made the villa their home. We also had an opportunity to view Roman artefacts, play Roman games, have a go at making model arches and experiment with tesserae, making mosaic patterns. It was great to link our classroom learning with evidence of Romans living in our local environment.
