Café assemblies: Rowan Class

Rowan took us on a history tour through life in Ancient Egypt. The children's knowledge, enthusiasm and interest in their learning shone for all to see. They wore their handsewn Egyptian collars proudly, making links between the school values: creativity, community and perseverance and the skills they demonstrated to achieve their Design Technology challenge. We also enjoyed listening to a range of writing genres inspired by their reading of The Egyptian Cinderella. Well done Rowan. It was a joy to share this opportunity with you all.
