Holly Class enjoyed the story of 'Pumpkin Soup' by Helen Cooper and were inspired to make some soup of their own. The children were excellent cooks, they scooped out seeds, chopped and grated pumpkin, butternut squash and carrots to make a delicious autumnal treat. We enjoyed using the new kitchen area in the Windmill Room and even had a surprise visit from Mr McPherson! It certainly was "Pumpkin Soup! The best you've ever tasted!"
